Cancellation & Returns
Foundry Miniatures LTD complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, so a customer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason. A customer may return any item within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund.
The goods must be returned in the condition that they were first supplied. Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
Missing items, damaged goods or any other problems should be reported either by email or by post within 14 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. Foundry Miniatures LTD will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Foundry Miniatures LTD’s only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the items.
We aim to ship all our orders out on the same working day they are received. This means that if you want to cancel your order, you need to contact us by 3:30pm GMT. After that time your order will probably be in the post and you will need to return it to us for a refund.
